Current Board of Directors
Jim Coupe
President
Jim joined the Eden Chamber Board of Directors in March of 2022 and is originally from Ilion, New York.
Currently a financial advisor with Davis Financial Service in Hamburg, Jim’s journey began by earning his degree in Accounting from Northwood University in 1978. He worked as regional manager in the automotive aftermarket in upstate NY and western PA for 30 years before joining Davis Financial.
In his spare time, Jim loves to play guitar and mandolin. He played in the South City rock band with Carl the Barber for 10 years. He and his wife enjoy camping throughout the summer months, and they are avid Buffalo Bills fans.
Nancy Boyd Haley
Vice President
Nancy joined the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in January of 2024. Originally from North Buffalo, Nancy has resided in Eden for 28 years.
In her long career in association management and event planning, Nancy has provided administrative support to over twenty-five different associations. As a business owner herself since 1997, her primary focus is now the production of the annual WNY Facilities Management Expo held each October at the Hamburg Fairgrounds Event Center.
Having volunteered for years, serving on boards of numerous groups including Make-A-Wish Foundation, Jaycees, Kiwanis, and PTA, Nancy felt it was time to give back to the community she now calls home.
Tracy Keller
Treasurer
Tracy joined the Board in January 2023, has resided in Eden for 26 years and is originally from East Aurora, New York.
Tracy currently holds degrees in Business Administration and Electronics Technology along with a certification in Paralegal Studies.
Her journey spans several careers- most recently as Office Administrator for the Eden Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining The Chamber, she served as a business team building consultant and Director of Analytics & Quality Assurance with Service Scouts, Inc. and Adviserists. Both companies specialize in the sports and entertainment industry.
Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and two daughters; cooking for friends and family; summers at Chautauqua Lake; and learning new things.
Justin Bauer
Justin Bauer joined the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in January of 2024 and is a life long resident of Eden, New York.
Proudly rooted in the soil of Eden, Justin grew up working on local farms in town. Currently Justin is dedicated to driving success as a manager with a decade of experience at American Stainless Corporation. Justin also owns and operates several small businesses with his better half Emily.
In his free time Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling to new places, and volunteering.
Richard Minekime
Richard joined the Eden Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors in January of 2025. He is a lifelong resident of the Town of Eden.
He is retired from a thirty-six year career as a Certified Financial Planner. Prior to that he was the owner/operator of a steel construction firm.
Richard has been active throughout his life on behalf of the Town of Eden in many capacities. He was a founding member of the Eden Community Foundation and presently serves on the Grants Committee. Richard is a member of the Board of Directors of the Eden Historical Society.
Richard has served twice before as an Eden Chamber member, once as President.
Shelly Jarmusz
My name is Shelly Jarmusz, and I am delighted to introduce myself as one of the newest members of the Eden Chamber. My husband and I moved to Eden 24 years ago, where we have had the joy of raising three beautiful children, all of whom graduated from Eden High School.
My husband is the proud owner of the family business, Eden Collision, and I assist in the office. In my spare time, I enjoy a variety of activities including swimming, boating, fishing, exercising, and cooking. However, nothing brings me more joy than spending quality time with my family, friends, and pets.
I look forward to getting to know everyone and contributing to our wonderful community.
